How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail once it is on it's way to you. The delivery time will depend on which shipping option you chose.

I've put the wrong address, how do I change it?

Please contact us ASAP either through contact form on here or e-mail: etherealcollectiveuk@gmail.com so we can adjust this and ship to your correct address.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct & full shipping address is provided as this cannot be changed once dispatched.

If a wrong or incomplete address has been given and your item has been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot send replacement orders or issue refunds for this.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

I aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days and I send all items out via Royal Mail.

UK delivery times are as follows:
2nd Class: 2-3 Business days
1st Class: 1-2 Business days

International orders vary. Check estimated dates on product you wish to order.

** Please be aware some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than usual due to the exceptionally high volumes of mail posted during busy periods**

We appreciate your understanding and patience if your order is taking longer than usual. However, if it is taking an exceptionally long time please contact us and we will help further.

How do I track my order?

Standard shipping options on here are not tracked, unless you chose to upgrade shipping at the checkout. We send untracked as it keeps the cost down for customers but there is always the option to upgrade shipping at the checkout for a trackable service, so you can choose what's best for you.

Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?

All our jewellery is made using non-tarnish materials. Nickel and lead free. All earring posts/hooks are made with either sterling silver or 18k gold. Some items may be silver/gold plated rather than full, this helps us keep our jewellery affordable but be assured all jewellery is tested over long periods to make sure they don't tarnish. Please see an individual product's description to see exact material used.

Can I have a custom order?

If you want to add a personal touch to any products, please feel free to send us a message/e-mail before purchasing to describe what you want. Please understand if you want something custom made, there may be an extra charge and a longer processing time but contact us first and we are happy to discuss this with you.
